Noella

Noella is one of Ireland’s leading drama tutors, specialising in working with young talent. Her extensive experience both as an actress and tutor is invaluable to our young actors and actresses at Brennan Acting Agency – Youth Section. Noella works closely with our talent and parents in preparation for in person castings and self-tape submissions.

As creative director at Brennan Performing Arts, she is passionate about her work and it exhilarates Noella to see her students grow in confidence, be brave, be silly, challenge themselves, overcome personal limitations, make new friends and become passionate about drama. Many of her students are following in her footsteps by working professionally in theatre/TV/Film. Noella has recently worked alongside Jane Seymour and Amy Huberman in the upcoming TV Series ‘Harry Wild’. She is also working as a voice over artists for a worldwide animation and is thoroughly enjoying playing a variety of characters. Prior to this she finished filming Season 6 of ‘Vikings’, she also worked on TV series ‘Into the Badlands’, is a semi-regular on ‘Fair City’ and film credits include ‘End of Sentence’ and ‘The Fox’.

She has also appeared on stage as Barbara in the hit comedy ‘You Don’t Bring Me Flowers’ and as ‘Maria’ in the critically acclaimed show ‘Gotta Make That Train’. Prior to that she took on the role of June Carter, one of her musical idols, in ‘The Man In Black’. Previous to this she worked with RTE, BBC, The National Theatre (Brian Friels – ‘The Aristocrats’), the Royal Albert Hall and the Olympia Theatre (‘Rent’, The Musical) as well as acting in numerous theatres in London and around Great Britain. She was also fortunate enough to tour the east coast of America as a Principal singer/performer, a tour which culminated in a performance at Madison Square Gardens. Noella trained at the Drama Studio London, after having graduated with a degree in 'Communications - Film and Broadcasting' awarded by Trinity College.

Noella advocates that being able to nurture young children through drama/song is a wonderful thing and equally you can learn so much from them! There’s never a dull moment but she wouldn’t have it any other way.
